HR Executive

About the role

Join the dynamic team at FAST FLOW SINGAPORE PTE LTD' as an HR Executive. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR operations and contributing to its continued success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Handle employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination matters.
• Administer employee leave, attendance, benefits and personnel records.
• Manage employee insurance, including enrolment, renewal, claims and liaison with insurers.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training programmes and employee development.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and staff engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis and manpower planning.
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and company policies.
• Support general HR and office administration duties.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of full-spectrum HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, work pass administration and employee insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is an advantage.
