Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.

Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment updates.

Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support attendance, leave management, and other HR activities.

Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring databases.

Coordinate with management to fulfill hiring requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

0–6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
