Job Description: Inventory HR – Solar Sales Department

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and manpower requirements for inventory and warehouse teams in the Solar Sales Department.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Monitor workforce deployment across warehouses and coordinate with warehouse in-charges.
• Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and support payroll and salary-related activities.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and coordination between HR, warehouse, and sales teams.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse company.
• Good communication, coordination, and employee management skills.
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
