What they need
What you will do
- Run recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Keep employee records and HR files up to date
- Prepare payroll inputs, attendance and leave records
- Support EPF, SOCSO and EIS submissions
- Support employee relations and day-to-day staff matters
- Assist the HR Manager
What we need -
- At least 3 years' HR experience
- Proficient in written and speak Mandarin to handle vendor documentation and correspondence from China.
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory contributions
- Good Microsoft Office skills
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
