HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while contributing to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and profiling, including interactions with senior and CXO-level candidates.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist in grievance handling and employee relations.
• Support employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
• Prior experience conducting interviews or screening calls.
