HR Executive

Telesoft International is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional with experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Skilled in maintaining employee records, supporting HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to fostering a productive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, CV screening, and interviews.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with accounts.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR reports and implement company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Call center or software house experience is a plus.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
