Role & responsibilities

• Hospital Experience is mandatory
• Candidate with prior experience in NABH accredited Hospital only
• To ensure all joining formalities are completed by the short-listed candidate before making him/her join the organization.
• Preparation & Issuance of Appointment Letter, JD & Clinical Privilege.
• Issuing NOC/Still working certificate to employees
• Creating Personal records in HIS
• HR Operational activities such as Issuing I card, Opening bank account etc. and maintaining records for the same
• Handling Payroll and leave management
• Ensuring all statutory compliances are followed and maintaining necessary reports and returns.
• Maintaining records and registers required to meet NABH Standards.
• To undertake any other task as and when assigned by the Supervisor/GM-HR or by the Management.
