HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations for a company engaged in the import and manufacturing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Support HR policies, documentation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with department heads to address manpower requirements and HR-related
• matters.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory
• compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Candidates living on the Central Line will be preferred
• Six Day work week. General timing.
• Candidates from a manufacturing background would be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
