Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Support employer branding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management background preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
