HR executive

Blue-collar recruitment experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, agencies, references, walk-ins and other

channels.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and salary negotiations.
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain a strong database for blue-collar manpower requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives and

deductions.

• Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing.
• Maintain employee master data, personal files and HR records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters,

experience letters, relieving letters and other HR documents.

• Track probation periods, employee confirmations, leaves and attendance.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and day-to-day employee concerns.
• Manage resignations, exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
• Handle employee engagement and retention activities.
• Prepare regular HR MIS and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including

PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus and minimum wages, wherever applicable.

• Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower

requirements.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
