HR Executive

Role Summary :-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher / Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining accurate HR records. This is an ideal position for someone eager to start a career in Human Resources with hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interview and follow up with candidates
• Handle employee Documentation and HR Records.
• On-boarding, Off-boarding process
• Day to day HR Activity
• Refreshment Activities on weekend

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources (BHRM), Commerce (B.Com), or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Experience: Fresher /Intern

Technical Skills:

• Google Workspace Proficiency
• Collaboration & Communication Tools
• professional communication via Gmail, Google Meet, or Slack.
• Familiarity with basic HR concepts, recruitment tools, or job boards.
• create simple feedback or application forms using Google Forms.
• Ability to manage spreadsheets accurately and create simple feedback or application forms using Google Forms.

Soft Skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
