Job Description – HR Executive

Organization: Yana Hospital

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff relations in accordance with hospital policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, duty rosters, and payroll inputs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate staff grievances, performance appraisals, and training.
• Support NABH accreditation requirements related to HR documentation, staff credentialing, training, and competency records.
• Coordinate and monitor departmental Employee Orientation Sessions (EOS), ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and hospital HR policies.
• Coordinate exit formalities and full and final settlements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital is preferred.
