Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team in New Town, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and supporting daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and joining updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
• Support daily HR and administrative activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
