Responsibilities

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to write job descriptions, screen CVs and prepare interview questions.

• Plan onboarding and training for new sales hires with the sales lead.

• Track hiring metrics, joining rates and early attrition, and improve the process.

• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records and HR policies.

• Support recruitment for other roles such as digital marketing, design and development.

  Requirements

• 2 years of HR experience, with hands-on recruitment for sales or business development roles.

• Strong network and experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Good judgement of sales talent: communication, drive and target orientation.

• Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment and HR tasks.

• Working knowledge of HR operations, payroll inputs and labour basics.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
