Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits under supervision.
• Generate HR-related reports as required.
