• We are looking for an HR Executive to undertake all hiring activities, right from job vacancy analysis to interviewing candidates and closing hires

• As a HR Executive, youll be ideatingnew strategies to increase efficiency in the hiring process, ultimately responsible for talentacquisition in a hyper-growth startup

Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Responsibilities

• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Organizational skills
• Fluent in English, desired
