HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of employee data.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR-related correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Assist in HR policies, procedures, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly HR reports accurately and within the stipulated deadlines.
• Prepare reports on headcount, recruitment progress, employee attendance, absenteeism, leave, overtime and disciplinary cases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and a good team player.
