HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Implement HR policies and ensure company compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Manage employee joining and exit formalities.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA in HR preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
