Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

* Maintain employee records.

* Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents.

* Address employee queries and grievances.

* Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.

* Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable labour laws.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* MBA in HR or an HR-related qualification is an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee record management.

* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
