HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive with minimun 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and reports.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of experience as an HR.
• Strong English Communication skills are a must.
• Good Experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
