HR Executive

1. Maintain and update personnel information into HR system and to ensure confidentiality of all records.

2. Process Group’s monthly payroll & service charge and ensure accuracy and timely payment of salary.

3. Administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination of contract, resignation, transfer letter and/or other movements of staff and ensure the relevant letters are completed timely.

4. To assist in staffing and recruitment such as prepare advertisement for vacant staff positions, schedule and organize interviews, inform applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.

5. Conduct new employee orientation by introduce new employee to their working environment, general briefing about company, review company policies and explanation of company’s benefits package.

6. Assist in preparation of EA form and Form E.

7. Liaise with HRDF on training application and training claims for approved training program.

8. Assist in manage staff’s hostel arrangement

9. Manage and follow up on employee’s insurance claims and government claims.

10. Monitor the records of restaurant Group’s food handling course and typhoid injection from time to time.

11. To provide secretarial support to HR Manager.

12. Performs other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
