HR Executive

Key Accountabilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions across all departments
• Track and follow up on Staff Requisition Forms to ensure timely recruitment progress
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs, update Job Descriptions and source suitable candidates
• Manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms and monitor posting effectiveness
• Source and proactively identify suitable candidates through job portals, direct sourcing, networking and cold calling
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, prepare salary proposals and employment contracts, and manage the offer and onboarding process
• Manage personnel file documentation and follow up on outstanding pre-employment documents
• Support career fairs, career talks and overseas recruitment activities
• Manage and coordinate work pass applications and related work pass matters

2. Employee Engagement

• Lead and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities
• Support initiatives that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture

3. HR Operations & Ad Hoc Duties

• Handle employee insurance matters and support updates to the Employee Handbook
• Manage job posting credits for recruitment portal and liaise with recruitment agencies, including negotiation of Terms of Business (TOB)
• Support PCM initiatives and other HR projects and ad hoc duties

4. Personal Assistant

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling related arrangements
