What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site payroll, attendance, overtime, and wage processing.
- Handle labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc.).
- Manage contract labour documentation and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate with Labour Department and other government authorities for liaisoning, inspections, and licences.
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and HR reports.
- Handle site-level employee relations and HR operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Practical experience in site payroll, labour laws, compliance, and government liaisoning.
- Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and statutory documentation.
