Job Summary

Bright Health Alliance (BHA) is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employee management. Previous experience recruiting for US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or BPO/KPO operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for AR Executives, Payment Posting, Insurance Verification, and other RCM positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

HR Operations & Employee Management

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing requirements and employee concerns.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace policies.
• Assist with payroll inputs, HR reporting, and employee exit formalities.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and bulk hiring targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment portals.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Recruitment experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
• Understanding of AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Insurance Verification profiles.
• Experience hiring candidates familiar with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Tebra.
• Prior experience with high-volume recruitment for US night-shift operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
