HR EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years and above experience in HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
• Well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must present a professional appearance and dress appropriately in formal business attire at all times.
• Experience in preparing HR reports, KPIs and manpower planning is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records.
• Monitor attendance, leave and payroll.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and inquiries across department.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Manage confirmation, resignation and exit processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
