Role Overview

Betr India is looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across its QSR, café, cloud kitchen and commissary operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary data and monthly attendance reports.
• Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with outlet managers on HR matters.
• Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee master data and monthly HR reports.
• Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and HR processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality.
• Knowledge of onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
