Job Summary

Codes For Tomorrow is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical, HR, and final interview rounds.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related queries.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
• Handle exit formalities and employee separation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
