HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, team building, and day-to-day HR operations for our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and hiring for office staff, production staff, and factory workers.
• Build and maintain a strong, skilled, and productive team.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR policies.
• Coordinate with production supervisors for manpower planning.
• Maintain employee discipline, resolve grievances, and improve employee retention.
• Support performance management and employee training.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good communication, recruitment, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and attendance management.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
