Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities, including joining formalities, leave management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
• Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes.
• Oversee attendance maintenance and salary administration tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure PF (Provident Fund) compliance and manage other employee benefits related tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll management, leave management, attendance maintenance, salary administration, PF, statutory compliance, and grievance handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Preferrable languages known: Kannada, Hindi and Telugu
