Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee-related queries.
• Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Communicate with Hindi-speaking employees regarding HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
