What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Experience in HR Generalist profile which includes induction, on boarding formalities, Compliances, Payroll, exit formalities.
- Employee engagement.
- Documentation and filing work.
- Calling and building strong relationships with candidates.
- Preparation of all kind of letters.
- Joining formalities
- Explanation of terms of employment to the newly recruits.
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skill in English
- Proficient in advance Excel
Interview Mode: Face to face/ Virtual
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Working Days & Timing: Monday to Friday (9.30 am To 6.30 pm)
