What they need
We are looking for HR executive for Furniture Manufacturing Factory in Manesar Sector-6
He Will report to the Factory Head
Core Responsibilities
- Time, Attendance & Payroll Inputs: Track daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime (OT), leaves, and contract worker/permanent staff hours for monthly payroll processing.
- Onboarding & Induction: Conduct joining formalities, safety orientation briefings, ID card issuance, and bank account setups for new factory employees.
- Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to local manufacturing and labor acts (such as the Factories Act, Provident Fund/ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, and bonus regulations).
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for shop-floor grievances, conflict resolution, union/worker committee interactions, and disciplinary procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
