HR Executive – Client Recruitment & Marketing

Role

The HR Executive will work on behalf of Badhyata Group for the Client’s Marketing Team, managing recruitment, candidate training, onboarding, target monitoring, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire and onboard at least 30 Marketing Candidates per month.

- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.

- Verify candidate documents.

- Provide candidates with clear training and explanation about the Client’s work, job role, process, and responsibilities.

- Explain daily work procedures, targets, and performance expectations.

- Assign daily targets and monitor candidate performance.

- Verify daily attendance and work activities.

- Follow up regularly on target achievement.

- Identify low-performing candidates and report performance issues.

- Hire replacement candidates whenever required.

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

- Provide regular recruitment and candidate performance updates to the Client.

- Submit regular reports and updates to the BDM and HR Manager.

Monthly KPI

Minimum 30 Successful Marketing Candidate Onboardings per Month

Reporting Structure

HR Executive → HR Manager / BDM → Client

Compensation & Employment Terms

- Compensation: Salary / remuneration will be as per the approved Badhyata Group structure and project requirements.

- Employment: The HR Executive will be employed/engaged by Badhyata Group and assigned to Client-related work.

- Working Hours: As per Client/project requirements and Badhyata Group policies.

- Performance: Continued engagement will be subject to performance, conduct, attendance, and achievement of assigned responsibilities.

- KPI: Minimum 30 successful Marketing Candidate onboardings per month, subject to project requirements.

- Reporting: The HR Executive will report to the HR Manager / BDM and coordinate with the Client for assigned work.

- Confidentiality: Client information, candidate data, and business information must be kept confidential.

- Terms: Employment/engagement terms, notice period, leave, and other applicable conditions will be governed by the Badhyata Group employment/engagement policy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
