Role Overview

Our client is a NEA-licensed and fully insured cleaning company in Singapore specialising in professional cleaning and pest control services for commercial and residential properties. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and offboarding.

Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.

Process payroll, commissions, referral fees, and ensure timely statutory submissions.

Administer employee benefits, insurance claims, attendance, and leave records.

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters.

Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.

Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Conduct exit interviews and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.

Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices, payroll, and work pass administration.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
