What they need
- Onboarding & Operations: Manage joining paperwork, biometric access, and medical/malpractice insurance (new joins and renewals).
- Compliance & Licensing: Coordinate medical license activations and monitor ILOE registration.
- HR Reporting: Update weekly HR trackers, dashboards, MMM, and SMT metrics. Employee
- Engagement: Conduct 1-on-1 clinic check-ins ("People Connect"), resolve staff issues, and organize Townhalls and celebrations.
- Communications & Branding: Send company announcements, gather content for the Aster Lumina newsletter, and support employer branding.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently residing in the UAE (Mandatory). Available to join immediately.
- Experience: 1–5 Years (Healthcare / Hospital HR experience will be an added advantage)
- Languages: Native/Fluent Hindi + Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree / MBA
- Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
