HR Executive

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY 职责和权限:

1. Maintain and update HR system settings, including employee records, attendance tracking, leave applications, and related data accuracy.
   负责员工档案、考勤记录、假期申请及相关数据的准确录入与系统维护。

2. Ensure timely and accurate input of staff details and daily HR administrative information.
   及时准确地录入员工信息及日常HR行政数据。

3. Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies for documentation and compliance.
   与相关主管机关和机构对接，办理相关文件并确保符合规定。

4. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for new executive level including job posting, CV screening, interview arrangements, and o   ffer issuance.
   负责高管职位的全流程招聘，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及录用通知发放。

5. Coordinate onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation, and system setup for new employees.
   统筹入职流程，包括文件收集、入职培训及系统账号设置。

6. Administer employee entry, confirmation, warning/disciplinary actions, rewards, transfers, and resignation/termination processes.
   处理员工入职、转正、奖惩、调岗、离职/解聘等流程。

7. Ensure proper documentation and HR records are maintained throughout the employee lifecycle.
   确保在员工整个任职周期中妥善保存相关文件和人力资源记录。

8. Collect and monitor HR-related government policies and regulations (e.g. immigration, labor laws, HRDF).
   收集并监控HR相关政府政策（如移民、劳动法、HRDF等）。

9. Propose necessary updates to HR processes and company policies to ensure compliance.
   根据法规要求，提出HR流程及公司政策的更新建议。

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION学术资格:

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

人力资源管理或同等专业的最低学历要求为大专文凭。

EXPERIENCE 经历:

With minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Executive or in a similar position.
至少2年HR Executive或同类职位工作经验。
