What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Handle general HR administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding and employee support
- Support training and performance management processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian EA and SLO.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good in problem solving
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,007.83 per month
Work Location: In person
