HR Executive

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, document verification, appointment letters, and employee induction.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, leave balances, and employee working-hour data.
• Payroll Coordination: Prepare monthly salary inputs and coordinate salary processing with the accounts team.
• PF & ESIC Compliance: Assist with employee registrations, contribution records, challans, and related documentation.
• Employee Records: Maintain employee databases, personal files, joining and exit documents, and employee codes.
• HR Documentation: Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and support the implementation of company policies.
• Exit Formalities: Coordinate resignations, full and final settlement inputs, asset handover, and no-dues documentation.
• HR Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, attendance summaries, and monthly HR reports.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
