Job Description – HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Build candidate pipelines and explore talent from relevant industries and competitor organizations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, budgets, and hiring priorities.
• Screen candidates, assess suitability, negotiate offers, and drive successful closures.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including Time to Fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and recommend improvements in hiring efficiency.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and basic HR operations.
• Leverage Excel and AI tools to improve recruitment processes and reporting.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, Boolean search, and job portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience; sales or field-force hiring experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely closure of vacancies.
• Quality of shortlisted candidates.
• Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
• Recruitment pipeline effectiveness and hiring manager satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
