HR Executive

• Completing all documentation formalities filling in their Personal Data Form, PF/ ESIC Form, I Card Form, Gratuity, Investment declaration.
• Maintaining employee records through database updating with regard to their date of appointment, address, Telephone No's, personal details, Dept, Code No. Skill sets etc.
• Updating the existing employee's database on a regular basis (Newly joined Employee's/Resigned/Not joined) in case of any changes in their Correspondence address or any other change.
• Preparation and Submission of PF withdrawal forms to PF office.
• Providing PF account No, UAN No.
• Handling employees grievances and reverting through calls and mails.
• Compliance audit documentation as per checklist.
• Generation of UAN No.
• Submission of PF Withdrawal
• Preparation of ESIC challan.
• Generation of ESIC numbers and TIC Slips.
• Online checking of PF Form status through EPFO India site.
• Online checking of EPFO India site for Transfer claim.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
