ROLE OVERVIEW

Looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.

• Handle HR documentation and employee lifecycle activities.

• Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

• Address employee queries and engagement activities.

• Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, and MIS.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

ELIGIBILITY

• Any Bachelor's Degree; MBA HR / MSW HR preferred.

• 2+ years of HR experience preferred;

(Freshers not eligible )

• Good communication and MS Excel skills.

• Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Organized, responsible, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR activities independently.
