Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring for business development, compliance and accounts roles across Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and consultants
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Issue offer letters, run background verification and complete joining formalities
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new hires

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HR files and the HRMS/database
• Track attendance and leave, and share inputs with accounts for monthly payroll
• Handle employee queries on policies, leave and benefits
• Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement inputs and exit interviews

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments and other applicable labour laws
• Draft and update HR policies, the employee handbook and HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, experience)
• Support documentation needed for audits and regulatory reviews, including background checks that banking partners may require

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
