Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle onboarding, pre-onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR files.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and hiring updates.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee concerns professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
