Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with strong recruitment and employee onboarding skills to manage hiring activities and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage employee onboarding procedures and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Coordinate with departments to understand hiring requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and ensure a smooth joining process.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources (HR).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
