HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Company: VSK Coir Pro India Private Limited Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources / Recruitment Job Description We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage the recruitment process for Marketing Executives and other positions in our company. The candidate should be good at communication, interview coordination, candidate selection, and regular follow-ups. Key Responsibilities - Recruit and appoint Marketing Executives for coir-related products. - Post job vacancies on Indeed, OLX, social media, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Contact candidates and explain job roles, salary, and responsibilities. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with management. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection, and joining. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. - Coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities. - Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company. - Prepare regular recruitment progress reports. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in HR, recruitment, telecalling, or talent acquisition is preferred. - Ability to source candidates and conduct regular follow-ups. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email. - Tamil, basic English communication & Hindi skills. - A target-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently. Salary Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
