About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Coordinate HR meetings, events, and employee-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant HR experience may apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
