Job Description – HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, particularly recruitment and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
