HR Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and documentation at our IT training institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with trainers, counselors, interns, and other staff members.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, joining letters, internship letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Handle internship joining, attendance, completion, and certification processes.
• Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and internal communication.
• Address basic employee concerns and coordinate with management when required.
• Maintain employee and intern records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, joining, and employee status.
• Support management in maintaining a professional and disciplined work environment.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior HR/recruitment experience in an educational or training institute will be an advantage.
