HR Executive

Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee record maintenance.

• HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, personnel files, HR records, and documentation.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and salary-related queries.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, employee feedback, and probation reviews.
• HR Policies: Communicate HR policies, procedures, and company rules to employees.
• Employee Relations: Address routine employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Exit Formalities: Manage resignation documentation, exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and clearance processes.
• Compliance & Documentation: Assist with HR-related statutory compliance and maintain accurate records as per company requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
