HR Executive

An HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, performance reviews, payroll and benefits coordination, policy implementation, and labor law compliance. They act as a bridge between management and staff to maintain a productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Write job descriptions, post openings on portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct employee inductions, handle joining formalities, and manage exit interviews.
• Employee Relations: Address day-to-day employee queries, mediate conflicts, and support grievance handling.
• Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS platforms, track attendance, and ensure legal adherence.
• Performance & Training: Assist in rolling out appraisal cycles and coordinate internal training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR or talent acquisition.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), payroll tools, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, conflict-resolution abilities, and high discretion with confidential data

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
